• Contact Customers about inquiry's made & works being completed

• Identify the Location of Works

• Email or post: accounts, invoices & information for works to be completed or in the process

• Perform Credit Checks on customers when setting up a credit account

• Take photographic evidence of work site for reference to job and warranty's

Besides our staff, we share this information with:

• Credit Reporting agencies in order to make decisions on applications for credit accounts.

Providing some information is optional. However, if you choose not to enter Credit Information, we'll be unable to provide a credit. If you choose not to enter Contact information such as an email or phone number, we'll be unable to provide any service. If you choose not to enter Name and the address of works to complete, we'll be unable to provide any service

We keep your information safe by storing it in secure files and only select staff are able to access these.

We keep your information for two years at which point we securely destroy it by securely erasing all digital information and physical paperwork.
